Cancellation Policy for Course:
Cancellations received one month from the start date will receive a full refund minus your non-refundable 600.00 deposit. Cancellations received two weeks before the start of the class will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee and your $600 deposit. Cancellations received one to two weeks before the start of the class will receive a full refund minus a one month payment for administrative fees and your 600.00 deposit. Cancellations of the class once the class begins will forfeit the full payment of the course. If an emergency situation arises, please contact the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute to discuss the situation.
