Level 2 Synergetic Play Therapy Certification Program Consultation Attendance Policies:
Group Consultation Attendance Policy
Attendance at all scheduled Group Consultations is required. Students who miss a Group Consultation for any reason must purchase and complete an individual, Make-Up Consultation to be completed with their SPT Consultant.
Students may choose purchase a 30-minute or 50-minute Make-Up Consultation.
Exceptions to the above policy will be considered in cases of emergency or circumstances beyond the student’s control. Students should direct any questions to their SPT Consultant.
Individual Consultation Attendance Policy – With 48 Hours’ Notice
Attendance at all scheduled Individual Consultations is required. Students who need to reschedule an Individual Consultation must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to their SPT Consultant. The student and consultant are responsible for finding an agreeable time to reschedule.
Individual Consultation Attendance Policy – WITHOUT 48 Hours’ Notice
Students who miss a scheduled Individual Consultation without notice, or who cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, must purchase and complete a 50-minute Make-Up Consultation to meet the program requirement.
Exceptions to the above policy will be considered in cases of emergency or circumstances beyond the student’s control. Students should direct any questions to their SPT Consultant.
Additional Consultations:
Students actively enrolled in a Level 2 program also have the option of purchasing additional, individual consultation with their SPT Consultant during the program. Consultations must be purchased and completed before students lose access to the program content. Exact expiration dates can be found in the Level 2 course site.

Consultation Cost: Make-Up Consultation (30 minutes) – $70 USD, Make-Up Consultation (50 minutes) – $135 USD, Additional Consultation (30 minutes) – $70 USD, Additional Consultation (50 minutes) – $135 USD
Refund Policy: Consultations are non-refundable. If an emergency situation arises, please contact the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute to discuss your options.
