What to Expect: Our breath capacity in any given moment equals our capacity for life. In this practice we explore nurturing and deepening our breath by extending the inhale and the exhale using slow flowing movement. This requires our willingness to be with the discomfort that comes with stretching our lungs, toning our diaphragm, and slowing down. In this way, this practice offers our physical body and window of tolerance a hug.
What to Bring: You are welcome to use a yoga mat or a towel, but neither are necessary, and you are encouraged to wear whatever clothing feels comfortable to you.
