On-Demand Yoga & Mindfulness Library
A Yoga practice built specifically for Certified SPTers by a Certified SPTer! Lauren Porter has created an offering for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginner to advanced, that will guide you through a deep exploration of your own inner landscape – Connecting you back to self through the exploration of slow flows, rhythmic movement, breath work, and more.
