Thank you for choosing to join us The Business of Therapy – November 7th-9th, 2024! We are so excited to have your presence at this year’s course!
Whether you selected to attend this course in-person or virtually/online, please take the following steps to begin to prepare for our time together in November!
- First, please log in to your online learning account and click on My Courses to find your “The Business of Therapy – November 7th-9th, 2024” course site. Your log in credentials are the email address and password created at the time you purchased this course.
- Please read through the information on your course homepage as it will include all of the information you need including important dates and how to prepare for our time together. On your course homepage you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and share what your hopes are for the course by no later than October 31, 2024.
- Your first lesson, “The Business of Therapy – Course Agreements”, is available now. You must complete this lesson before the first day of the course on November 7th, 2024.
In-Person Participants:
This year’s event will be held at the luxurious Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue Hotel, located in the Central Business District of New Orleans! You may use the following link to Book Your Room using the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute’s discounted rate! Please log in to your course site for details regarding flights/transportation and hotel parking!
Attendance: In order to receive credit for participating in this course, full attendance at all three days of the course is required. Please contact the Institute if you have any questions.
Lunch will be provided to in-person participants on Day 1 and Day 2 of the course. Please complete this Dietary Requirements Questionnaire by October 18, 2024, so that we can plan to meet your dietary needs!
Virtual/Online Participants:
The virtual/online offering of this course will be held via Zoom. You will be required to complete Zoom Registration in order to receive the link for the live webinars. Please review the Virtual Participants lesson of your course site for instructions!
Attendance: In order to receive credit for participating in this course, full attendance at all three days of the course is required. You will be asked to keep your camera on during the course and will engage in the same experientials as the in-person participants with your online peers! This course will NOT be recorded. Please contact the Institute if you have any questions.
Course Workbook: Please prepare to download and/or print the editable PDF Workbook before our first day together on November 7, 2024. All information can be found in your course site.
VIP Experience Participants:
If you selected the In-Person VIP Experience, please expect an email from the Institute in early October with details and materials you will need during the experience!
In the meantime, please mark your calendars now for October 14, 2024, 5-6pm Mountain Time (Denver)! Lisa will be hosting a meet and greet at this time where we will begin to talk about your goals and will provide more details related to VIP activities!

This is a great place to ask your questions, share resources, and get to know one another!
We will also have a 2024 The Business of Therapy WhatsApp Group that we encourage you to join! This group will act as an additional mode of support during the course, November 7-9, 2024. If you have any questions before then, please email the Institute!
