Welcome to The Business of Therapy!

Thank you for choosing to join us for The Business of Therapy course, November 13th-15th, 2025! 

Whether you selected to attend this course in-person or virtually/online, please take the following steps to begin to prepare for our time together in November!

  • First, please log in to your online learning account and click on My Courses to find your “The Business of Therapy – November 13th-15th, 2025” course site. Your log in credentials are the email address and password created at the time you purchased this course.
    • Please read through the information on your course homepage as it will include all of the information you need including important dates and how to prepare for our time together.
  • On your course homepage you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to share what your hopes are for the course by no later than November 7th, 2025.
    • *(If you are signed up for the VIP Experience, please disregard the link above, we will email you a link to a separate questionnaire on November 3rd!)
  • Your first lesson, “The Business of Therapy 2025 – Course Agreements”, is available now. You must complete this lesson before the first day of the course on November 13th, 2025.

In-Person Participants:

This year’s event will be held at the luxurious Hilton San Diego Bayfront, in San Diego, California, USA!

The Synergetic Play Therapy Institute has a special room rate for this event of $199 USD/night. Please use this link to book your room under the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute’s special room rate

Lunch will be provided to in-person participants on Day 1 and Day 2 of the course. Please complete this Dietary Requirements Questionnaire by October 16th, 2025, so that we can plan to meet your dietary needs!

In order to receive credit for participating in this course, full attendance at all three days of the course is required. Please contact the Institute if you have any questions.

Virtual/Online Participants:

The virtual/online offering of this course will be held via Zoom. You will be required to complete Zoom Registration in order to receive the link for the live webinars. Please review the Virtual Participants lesson of your course site for further instructions.

Course Workbook: Please prepare to download and/or print the editable PDF Workbook before our first day together on November 13th, 2025. All information can be found in your course site.

In order to receive credit for participating in this course, full attendance at all three days of the course is required. You will be asked to keep your camera on during the course and will engage in the same experientials as the in-person participants with your online peers! Please contact the Institute if you have any questions.

VIP Experience Participants:

If you selected the In-Person VIP Experience, please expect an email from the Institute in early October with details and materials you will need during the experience! We will also be hosting a virtual meet and greet before the event on November 10, 2025, 5-6pm Mountain Time (Denver) for VIPs only to provide more details related the the VIP Experience and what to expect. More information coming soon!
