Thank you for choosing to join us for The Business of Therapy course, November 12th-14th, 2026! 

Please take the following steps to begin to prepare for our time together in November!

  • First, please log in to your online learning account and click on My Courses to find your “The Business of Therapy – November 12th-14th, 2026 (In-Person)” course site. Your login credentials are the email address and password created at the time you purchased this course.
    • Please read through the information on your course homepage as it will include all of the information you need including important dates and how to prepare for our time together.
  • Your first lesson, “The Business of Therapy 2026 – Course Agreements”, is available now. You must complete this lesson before the first day of the course on November 12th, 2026.

In-Person Participants:

This year’s event will be held at the luxurious Westin Riverwalk, in San Antonio, Texas, USA!

The Synergetic Play Therapy Institute has a special room rate for this event of $219 USD/night. Please use this link to book your room under the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute’s special room rate

Lunch will be provided to in-person participants on Day 1 and Day 2 of the course. Please complete this Dietary Requirements Questionnaire by October 23rd, 2026, so that we can plan to meet your dietary needs!

In order to receive credit for participating in this course, full attendance at all three days of the course is required. Please contact the Institute if you have any questions.
