We have received your payment and you have now officially claimed your spot in the program. Please read through this email to ensure you have everything you need for what’s to come!

Let’s get started!

  • Accessing your new course site – Log in to your online learning account and navigate to the “My Courses” section of your account. You will find your new course, “Synergetic Play Therapy® Certification 2025-2026” waiting for you. *If the course site is not showing up in your account, please email info@synergeticplaytherapy.com for assistance. 
    • The first time you log in to your course site, please read the information on your course homepage carefully and take steps to complete the first lesson:
      • SPT Certification 2025-2026: Consultation Prep – This lesson will help you orient to what’s coming next regarding your pre-certification consultation sessions.
  • We will receive two emails from the Institute in the coming days:
    • The first will be to you and your pre-certification Consultant to support you in scheduling your pre-certification consultations. Once you receive the email, you two can begin right away!
    • The second will contain access to a Google Drive folder with your name as the folder title. This folder is where you’ll find all the forms needed for pre-Certification consultations and to begin your Certification journey. This is also the folder you will use throughout the Synergetic Play Therapy Certification program for your assignments, so bookmark or “star” it to make it easy to find! If you need help navigating the Google Drive folder please email info@synergeticplaytherapy.com for assistance.
  • Online Learning Retreats – Within your acceptance email, you received your online learning retreat assignment. You were either assigned to Retreat A or Retreat B. Dates and times for your assigned retreat can be found in that email or on your course homepage.
    • On June 1st, the Institute will send you an email with important information regarding your first, 3.5 Day online learning retreat and how to best prepare. Your 3.5 Day Learning Retreat Lesson will also become available on June 1st.
  • Live Webinar Classes – Please also be sure to add the live webinar class dates to your calendar. All classes will be held via Zoom from 3-4:30pm Mountain Time (Denver).
    • (2025 Dates) September 16th and 30th, October 14th and 21st, November 4th and 18th
    • (2026 Dates) February 3rd and 17th, March 3rd and 17th, April 7th and 21st, May 5th and 19th

*PLUS, as an extra perk for enrolling in this program, you have also been granted access to a FREE BONUS video course “How to Have a Successful Intake” to help you begin preparing for your time in the Synergetic Play Therapy Certification program and the first online learning retreat (plus a great way to remain engaged in Synergetic Play Therapy teaching until we begin the program)! You will find this course under the My Courses section of your account.
