The intention of this email is to confirm your enrollment and to provide you with key information to help you get started!

What is the Advanced Self Mastery Program?
During your journey to become a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist/Play Provider you studied nervous system regulation, authenticity and congruency, interoception, emotional age, and so much more to help you become more masterful at becoming an external regulator for a child and their caregivers. You also learned how to apply these concepts to yourself for your own growth and development in order to heal yourself and develop your capacity for self-regulation. And now it is time to take the next step towards self mastery!
This advanced program is a personal development experience designed to support therapists in their ongoing personal journey and deepen your understanding of yourself. Think of it as a deeper unraveling of the question “who am I?”
During this 4 day live in-person program, you will engage with your fellow Certified SPTer delving deeper into yourself. You will be taken on a journey into the mind and the body in order to gain a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness between the two. We will flow between didactic teachings and experiential learnings so that you can further empower yourself and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been minimized, hurt, stuck and stunted by trauma and life’s challenges. You’ll also walk away with a deeper understanding of what Lisa means when she says, “Self mastery requires regulation of the body and regulation of the mind.”

This year’s program will be at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, 69-275 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, Hawaii from June 26 – 29, 2024.
Join us the night before for a Welcome Reception at the hotel from 6-8pm.
