We’re so glad that you’ve decided to join Lisa Dion for the In-Person Introduction to Synergetic Play Therapy Program in Brisbane, Australia!

The intention of this email is to confirm that you have enrolled in the program and to provide you with key information to make sure you are on the right track!

Program Dates: September 12-14, 2025, 9:00am – 4:30pm (AEST). Mark your calendars now! Full attendance at all three days will be required.

Where: Novotel Brisbane South Bank, 38 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane, 4101 Brisbane, Australia.

The Synergetic Play Therapy Institute has a special room rate for this event of $325 AUD/night for the dates of September 11-14, 2025.

Before you arrive on September 12, 2025, you will need to complete the following steps:

• Log in to your Course Site. Click here to be redirected to the online learning platform log in page. (Your log in details are the username and password you set up when you purchased this course.) 
  • Once logged in, click on “My Courses” at the top of your page and you should see a link to September 2025 In-Person Introduction to Synergetic Play Therapy Program (Brisbane, Australia). This is your course site and is where you will go each time you want to access important program information and complete program requirements.
  • You will have access to this course site and all program content until February 28, 2026.
• Complete the Program Agreements. Within your course site, you will find instructions for completing the mandatory Introduction to Synergetic Play Therapy Program Agreements. This must be completed before you arrive on September 12, 2025.
• Submit the Group Consultation Assignment Form by September 5, 2025: As a reminder, monthly Group Consultation is a requirement of this program. Following our 3 days together, you will complete 6, 1-hour group consultation sessions over 4 months with a Synergetic Play Therapy Consultant. Please use the link below to select your Group Consultation time. Assignments will be granted on a first come first serve basis.

Food/Dietary Restrictions Questionnaire: Attendees will be provided morning and afternoon tea, as well as, lunch each day to allow for community building and connection with Lisa and other attendees! To ensure we are able to meet your dietary needs, we ask that you please complete this Dietary Requirements Questionnaire by no later than September 1, 2025!

And, if you haven’t already, please purchase the required book, Aggression in Play Therapy: A Neurobiological Approach for Integrating Intensity. Available in English, Spanish, Japanese, and audio. This is required reading and your reference guide for the course! More information, including discount codes, can be found on the homepage of your course site.
