We have received your payment and you have now officially claimed your spot in the program. Please read through this email to ensure you have everything you need for what’s to come!

How to get started:

  • Accessing your new course site –Log in to your online learning account and navigate to the “My Courses” section to find your new course site, “Synergetic Play Therapy Certification 2026-2027”, waiting for you. *If the course site is not showing up in your account, please email info@synergeticplaytherapy.com for assistance. 
    • The first time you log in to your course site, please read through the information on your course homepage carefully and take steps to complete the first lesson:
      • SPT Certification 2026-2027: Consultation Prep – This lesson will help you orient to the required Pre-Certification Consultations you will be completing with an SPT Consultant before the program officially begins in August.
  • You will receive two emails from the Institute in the coming days:
    • The first will be to you and your Pre-Certification Consultant to support you in scheduling your Pre-Certification Consultations. Once you receive this email, you two can begin right away!
    • The second will contain access to a Google Drive folder with your name as the folder title. This folder is where you’ll upload all of your assignments during the program, so bookmark or “star” this folder to make it easy to find!
      • If you need help navigating the Google Drive folder please email info@synergeticplaytherapy.com for assistance.
  • Online Learning Retreats – Within your official acceptance email, you received your Retreat Assignment for the online learning retreats. You were either assigned to “Retreat A” or “Retreat B” based on your location. Dates and times for your assigned retreat can be found in that email or on your course homepage. *Retreat Assignments are final to ensure balanced retreat sizes. If you have an extenuating circumstance that interferes with your ability to attend your designated retreat, contact the Institute ASAP.
    • On July 1st, the Institute will send you an email with important information regarding your first, 3.5 Day Online Learning Retreat and how to best prepare. Your 3.5 Day Learning Retreat Lesson will also become available on July 1st.
  • Live Webinar Classes – Please also be sure to add the live webinar class dates to your calendar. All classes will be held via Zoom from 3-4:30pm Mountain Time (Denver). The Zoom link for all webinars will be located in your course site.
    • (2026 Dates): September 15th and 29th, October 6th and 20th, November 10th and 17th
    • (2027 Dates): February 9th and 23rd, March 9th and 23rd, April 6th and 20th, May 4th and 18th
