Yoga and Mindfulness

What to Expect: Classes are exploratory in nature and encourage giving yourself permission to feel into your inner world through the practices of slow flow, pause, rhythmic and repetitive movement, and breathwork. Lauren provides the freedom to move at your own pace, range of motion, and engage in the modifications that resonate with your body and emotions.
What to Bring: You are welcome to use a yoga mat or a towel, but neither are necessary, and you are encouraged to wear whatever clothing feels comfortable to you.
