What You’ll Learn … ACES in Play Therapy Objectives:
- Participants will list the 3 major categories of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), and identify one ACE in each category.
- Participants will identify 3-5 protective factors or strategies that have been shown as helpful in building resilience or healing the long term effects of ACES.
- Participants will apply how play therapy process can assist clients heal from short and long term effects of ACES.
