DESCRIPTION:During this hour together\, we’ll delve into the exploration of intergenerational trauma through the lens of Family Constellation. Developed by Bert Hellinger (1925-2019)\, Family Constellation (FC) offers a systemic approach to family-level intervention. From the perspective of FC\, experiences\, emotions\, and unresolved issues from one generation can be passed on to the next\, creating a cycle that persists until they are acknowledged and integrated. This transmission often results in repeated symptoms across generations. Through the process of Family Constellation\, individuals gain insight into these inherited dynamics\, allowing for the integration of unresolved experiences within the family system. Additionally\, we’ll explore the points of commonality that this modality shares with Synergetic Play Therapy. Join us as we uncover the hidden influences of intergenerational trauma and work toward healing and integration. By acknowledging and addressing these underlying patterns\, we pave the way for healing and transformation within ourselves and our families.

DESCRIPTION:Join Lauren as she explored The Belly Brain in today’s practice. The gut biome\, or the neural networks that stretch throughout our digestive and elimination systems\, are constantly offering us invaluable information whether we are aware of it or not. In this practice we will strengthen our connection to our belly brain using breath exercises and postures that awaken energy flow in the terrain below the diaphragm and inside the pelvic bowl so that we can receive the invaluable messages that are here for us. \nTime: 5-5:30pm Mountain Time (Denver) \nWhat to Expect: Classes are exploratory in nature and encourage giving yourself permission to feel into your inner world through the practices of slow flow\, pause\, rhythmic and repetitive movement\, and breathwork. Lauren provides the freedom to move at your own pace\, range of motion\, and engage in the modifications that resonate with your body and emotions. \nWhat to Bring: You are welcome to use a yoga mat or a towel\, but neither are necessary\, and you are encouraged to wear whatever clothing feels comfortable to you.
