This course is a 2-hour LIVE webinar workshop, but also includes a 7-day playback for individuals that are not able to attend live and online. (The recording of the live webinar will be posted in the lesson below within 24 hours of the live session concluding on November 15th.)

Course Objectives:
- Explore at least 4 ways to develop the interoceptive sense in the therapist and in the child client.
- Discuss the importance of the therapist strengthening their own interoceptive sense and the implications in the playroom for trauma integration.
- Examine the role interoception plays in the development of the ability to regulate and co-regulate.
Preparing for the Live Webinar:
Prior to the live webinar on November 15th, you will need to complete the first lesson of this course, Developing Interoception: The Pre-Req for Co-regulation and Self-Regulation in the Playroom – Course Agreements. *You must complete the Course Agreements lesson before you will gain access to the following lessons.
Within the subsequent lesson, you will find all of the Course Handouts you will need for the live webinar. Please download and/or print these handouts before the live webinar on November 15th.
This live webinar will also include experientials! To be able to participate in these experientials, please have a straw and a cotton ball handy!
